Suppportive, soft, no slide and pretty 🙂
I LOVE this mat! The extra width is exactly what I wanted…I feel like my “space” is bigger and i can be more expansive. The alignment marks are helpful and make me more aware of my alignment, or where I may be built differently and need to modify for safety. It cleans easily and and is beautiful to look at. It is a nice thickness and is soft (my knees are trouble areas and this is nice and cushiony). After i cleaned it with my homemade mat cleaner, it doesn’t have a smell at all – i noticed a slight manufacturing scent but it wasn’t offensive. So far, it feels like good value and durable, and i’ll be using this for all my yoga practice sessions and future teaching 🙂 Might need a 2nd one for the studio and one at home!

Cushion is great but too slippery for downward dog
Really like the yoga mat – the large size is great and the thick cushion is wonderful – no pain in my knees or elbows even after a long time in a particular pose. Although there’s a lot of cushion, it’s not squishy – nice and dense without it being heavy (I love that it’s so lightweight – super easy to carry around). The biggest issue is that there’s no grip – when I do downward dog, I can feel my hands starting to slide forward. So may not work the best for yoga if you’re looking for grip, but if you want nice cushion and larger size, it’s fantastic. I use this mat for mat pilates and it’s working out nicely.

The mat is exactly what we searched for. The size is wide and lenght is suitable for average hight men (175cm). It’s stiffer, harder foam which is good for yoga and exercise.We used thicker, softer type that was comfortable to lay on but not perfect for exercise. It also started producing particles from aging. We hope the new mat is more durable.The only negative is it’s more difficult to roll and keep small. Also it produce static electricity when air is dry and dragged on the floor.

以前使っていたのは筋膜ローラで劣化が激しく、こちらを購入しました。寝る前に使用してますが、手をついた後が白くなりましたすでにローラーによる傷も1箇所あります厚さはちょうどいいとおもいますヨガをされる方には滑りにくいのが良いのかもしれませんが、ローラーを使う私としては、少し使いづらいかなと思いました幅が広い点はとても良かったです
