Easy to use
I really enjoy using this ceramic Gua Sha tool because it works well for my whole body, from my neck and shoulders to my back and legs. The loop handle makes it easy to grip and reach areas like my upper back without straining my hands or wrists. I like the trigger points and acupressure nodes. They help target tight spots and feel very effective for relieving tension. The ceramic material feels smooth, sturdy, and gentle on my skin, even when I use oil. This gua sha tool feels great to use and is really easy to hold thanks to its smooth, ergonomic design. It’s well made and works nicely for relieving muscle tension and improving circulation. Flexmyo ceramic gua sha fascia tool
I’m surprised at how much I love this little Korean massage tool (ASIN B0F9YFY1YK), but it surpassed my expectations, and I really enjoy using it.Being ceramic, it’s heavier than a lot of other massage or fascia release tools, but it’s comfortable to hold and doesn’t get too heavy while working. The only difference between what I received and what’s shown in the product description is that the product name is carved into the side of it whereas most of the photos show it in raised text, but that’s trivial.As far as massage, it definitely does what I want it to. I need more practice to figure out how and where to make the most of the larger nubs on the handle, but the smaller ones on the bottom feel great on my hands and forearms after working on the computer all day.The bumps on the bottom of the device have a glaze or something over them so that they feel smooth while the rest of the unit is unglazed. I wouldn’t call it rough; it just has a little texture to it, but it’s nice, and I prefer the handle that way. Glazing on that would probably make it slippery, and I don’t want to drop this.Being ceramic, this is significantly more expensive than tools made of plastic. Even though plastic has the advantage of being lighter, I like this a lot more. It feels better in my hand, and it’s an interesting looking thing that I’m happy to have sitting on my desk or nightstand. I think this would make a good gift for someone.

Easy to hold with arthritic hands. Microwaveable for warmth.
Flexmyo can be held a few ways and it fits in the hand nicely! We have had a set of gua sha tools for several years that are flat and heavy, and they work great, but my arthritic hands are having a hard time using them lately.Flexmyo is ceramic, and was nicely packaged surrounded by a thick bubble wrap. It came with an instruction card of nice thickness. The bottom where the “teeth” are is coated with a shiny and slick coating. The top is smooth, but unfinished. You can hold it with either end. As you can see on the instruction card, it has multiple uses. The flat part of the handle is perfect for upper forearm tennis elbow, for instance. The bumps on either side of the handle are for presssure points and the teeth work great on larger areas.We warm the area first with a moist heating pad, then apply lotion and massage the area with Flexmo. Stretch the area and then immediately apply ice to the area. Flexmo can be warmed up, and we did that once. It feels nice and we may do it more in the winter. We just got it and have used it several times already as we love it.We have many areas resulting from sports, work, and questionable life choices that need treatments. We were shown how to use gua sha/graston technique by Physical Therapists, and we don’t have any contraindications.

This is a small little thing. i have pretty average sized hands and I can barely get 3 fingers into the handle making it a big clumsy to use. The top part is unglazed (rough) which makes it easier to hold. Unfortunately, so is the little pressure nub. The bottom/business end is glazed (smooth) so makes it easier to glide over cloth/lubricated skin.all in all, this works pretty well. wish it was a little bigger and glazing the pressure point nub would be a nice for future revisions.
