A waist trimmer belt that is affordable and worth a go!
I bought this for two purposes: to help support my back. I sometimes use patches to help with the aches I get, but they come off when I bend or move. These bands or belts help me with that problem very well.The second reason that sold me on this product, which is a bonus for me, is the waist trimmer aspect. I have been trying to lose the same 10 pounds for 20 years. I have only used it twice so far, and I am sure there is a learning curve. I am a man with a lot of hair. The first time I used it, I wore it on my skin. I had it on for several hours. It held that patch like it was glued on, which is what I had hoped for. But it became very uncomfortable later in the day as the rubber started to pull the hair badly. On the second day, I wore it over a T-shirt, and it worked great, though I was still sore from the first effort. As far as the sweating part of all of it. When I was active and worked out, it was great, not so much at the desk working. All in all, it is well-made, the velcro is tight, and if you read the instructions and have reasonable expectations, this is a great and affordable waist-trimming belt certainly worth a try.

An upgrade to the plane just elastic and rubber items I have been using with the plasticsupports and it seams like the ability to wrap a little tighter than the ones I have been using.Can’t say how long they will last since I haven’t used it that much, but I plan on buying moreas more of my old ones need to be replaced. Good product.

APEXUP waist trimmer is high quality!
Well, I as a very long time exercise enthusiast since 1992 and have been using waist trimers for as long, it was time for a new waist trimmer. Mine, though good one (light gray trimmer), was worn and loosing is Velcro stick ability. The APEXUP I have to say as I took it out of the box, is the most solid waist trimmer I have bought so far. As the photos show, my old trimmer is thinner as all my other ones were just like my old one. But the APEXUP could really be worn as a back support belt. Very solidly made. I can tell it will last a long time. Very happy! :o)
