Excellent relief for back pain and muscle spasms
I bought the Bob and Brad 2-in-1 Massage Gun with Heat and Red Light L7 Ultra Massage Gun specifically for my chronic back and leg pain and frequent muscle spasms, and it has exceeded my expectations. The extension handle and adjustable massage head angles are a game changer-it allows me to easily reach my mid and upper back without straining or needing help, which is something most massage guns simply don’t offer. The combination of percussion, heat, and red light therapy provides deep, soothing relief. The heat helps loosen tight muscles before the massage even starts, and the massage itself penetrates deep enough to calm spasms without being overly aggressive. The red light therapy seems to calm the inflamed muscles and increase blood circulation in the painful areas.After using the gun for a week I noticed a significant reduction in stiffness and pain, especially in my lower back and shoulder blade areas.The gun is well built, easy to use (with clear instructions) and surprisingly quiet for how powerful it is. I really enjoyed the comfort and ease of use of this massage gun right out of the box. The design makes it simple to reach my back without straining, which is a huge plus. Great massage gun. Major improvement to previous model!
I have been using the original Bob & Brad massage gun for several years. Their customer service is outstanding, so a few days ago I saw they released a new model (the L7) and I decided to update to it. I couldn’t be happier!This new model is significantly better. It’s much lighter yet has the same power and battery time. The new extension arm makes it so easy to reach my back independently – it’s genius!!!Last week I took the massage gun to our ski trip in CO and everyone in the group was taking turns to using it. The new red light and heat options really make a difference! We were able to ski for 5 consecutive days with no muscle soreness. I don’t know what we would have done without it! My friends now all want to get one.Using the Bob & Brad massage gun is now part of my regular health routine. I use it after my daily workouts, ski trips, hiking adventures, and it helps get rid of muscle tightness or soreness to be ready for the next adventure!Highly recommend it!

Excellent heated massager with extension handle
This is my third Bob and Brad massage gun. I had been looking for a massage gun that offered both heat and an extension handle. As I knew the brand and thought the quality was excellent, I chose this one. It has 5 speeds and two heat settings. There are also several other heads that are interchangeable. The extension handle makes it much easier to reach the middle of back that was previously difficult to reach without a lot of maneuvering. The massager really helped to ease the pain in my shoulders, hips, and back. You do have to make sure the handle is locked into the massager, but that’s not hard to do. Otherwise, it will slip out. The heat component adds another layer of relief. It’s easy to charge with an included USB cable. The battery lasts awhile on one charge. I have not had to recharge the massager yet. It also comes in a zippered case with places for all the massager heads and a mesh pocket to hold the charger and booklet.

Love this product. I was a little worried that it would be big and bulky but the removable handle is great. The carrying case is a perfect size. My favorite is the heat head. I don’t know a ton about red light yet but the heat is amazing. It is also great for getting your back yourself. The long handle and flexible head make it so you aren’t playing twister while trying to get your back.

I’ve been really happy with the Bob and Brad L7 Ultra Massage Gun. I play pickleball 5-6 times a week, so this is a well used product in our household. The longer handle design makes a big difference compared to other massage guns I’ve used. It’s much easier to reach areas like my neck, upper back, and hamstrings without awkward angles or needing someone else to help.I bought the version with the red light and heat, and I’m a big fan of the heating feature. It makes the massage feel a bit more comfortable and helps loosen things up before getting into the deeper percussion.Even though the shape is different from the typical massage gun, it doesn’t sacrifice any power. It still has plenty of strength and performs exactly how you’d expect from a good-quality massage gun.Overall, the design and heating feature make it really practical and easy to use.
