This tinted mineral sunscreen is a gem!
I picked this up based on a recommendation from DrDray on YouTube. I loved that she swatched all the colors and I thought Medium Deep would be the best one for me. That’s what I’m wearing in the photo. Black girl/brown girl approved!This is now one of my favorite sunscreens! I prefer tinted mineral formulas but sometimes it’s a challenge to find one with a shade that fits me and that is also water/sweat resistant (80 minutes), and also affordable. This one is perfect, it checks all the boxes! This doesn’t burn my eyes or cause blurry vision, doesn’t irritate my oily skin. My sister has dry sensitive skin and also likes this. This has a skin-like finish. Might be slightly shiny but that’s normal to me. I like to use a fan to help it dry down more. Consistency is very thin/kind of runny and spreads easily. Formula is comfortable and doesn’t feel drying. Reapplying is a breeze but have to be careful to not get it on clothes. I keep wipes in the car to wipe off my fingers. The coverage is very sheer, not like Colorscience Flex which has more coverage and a much higher price (but I also love). This doesn’t cover imperfections/dark marks but it does even out skin tone. Some of my foundation colors in case it helps you with choosing a shade: Armani 7.8, ELDW Honey Bronze, KVD 063, MUFE 3N42, Haus Labs 330, Dior 4N, Nars Aruba. I use Tan in Colorscience Flex.The only thing I would change about this product is the packaging because it can get a little messy. I wish the opening of the tube was smaller, more tapered. I’m still giving this 5 stars anyway. I’ve gotten this on my clothes (white shirts) but has not left any stains; I always treat with Oxi Clean Max Force stain remover on the same day. Washes out completely, no staining, no trace.I also picked up Deep just in case, but it’s too dark. My guess is that it’s best for people with skin tone MAC NC45 and up. However, DrDray mentioned this is a good option for those who like to use self tanner and want the face to match the fake tan. I wouldn’t use this on arms or legs because it will transfer to clothing or other fabric. Also, I realized the reason the Deep shade was priced much lower is because it expires in August 2024 and I bought it June 2024! I’m stuck with it because I don’t want to pay to return it.Either way, the colors are very sheer and natural looking; not too orange, pink or chalky. At least that’s my opinion. Makeup artists say I have an olive skin tone. This totally works for me!

My Older skin looks great with just this instead of a foundation make up
Foundations just looked mask-y on my older skin (I’m 71) and I am very pale so sunscreen is a must. I got a sample of this product from my dermatologist, gave it a try and ordered a tube immediately. Just enough color to even out skin tone, just enough moisture that my skin looks glossy fresh and no sun burns even after being on a lake for a couple of hours.It feels good on my skin, it doesn’t seem to rub off and leave color on fabric (that I’ve seen), fragrance free. Washes off easily with a skin wipe.I’ve used a tube for about three months and have another tube ready for whenever it runs out.

Great sunscreen-Crappy container
Love the Neutrogena sunscreens and this mineral broad spectrum tinted sunscreen is awesome. It goes on easily and leaves no white cast. I layer it over the Neutrogena mineral spf 50 product. The tube and cap leak horribly when the lying down for tipped cap down-took away a star for this issue. The leaking was so bad I did not purchase for a year. I will NOT use when traveling-it is a mess not to mention the product is wasted. I use the medium deep sunscreen on darker Asian skin.

Amazing for Sensitive Skin!
I use this on my face everyday and it is perfect. If you are sensitive to other sunscreens and have melanin this works perfectly. It sits very light on the skin and blends very easily.I previously used COOLA because everything else made me break out but I found it to be too thick and hard to blend. This is the exact opposite and recommended by my dermatologist so I trust it is working just as well.

Shiny. Leaky. But works
While the tint colour is near perfect, the size was a little disappointing given the price (I mean CeraVe is like half the price and bigger), the tube, as many have stated, leaks the product. I can’t imagine travelling with this in a suitcase/disaster! No matter how I put it. Whether it stands or lays flat, the product oozes out. Perhaps because it is made with Vitamin E that makes it runny. That aside, I do like the shade but the shine is a bit much sometimes (I live in a hot climate country) I could use a loose powder over it but I’m trying to do less to no makeup these days. Wouldnt really repurchase.

I like the brand Neutrogena but I did not like Neutrogena’s new mineral UV-tint. I purchased the medium deep SPF because reviews kept saying that the sunscreen tint was light. The reviews recommended to go one or two shades darker. When I put the Medium Deep tint on my face, my face looks greasy and it looks like somebody rubbed their muddy hands on my face. It looks awful. I will not be purchasing this product again.

My dermatologist highly recommended tinted sunscreen for me. I was so happy to find this neutrogena one as it had the perfect match for my skin tone. The suncreen smells great, it’s smooth and not too thick. It is protective and a great size as well!
