Good Non-Foaming Product
This came packaged okay but I suspect it often doesn’t arrive in tact. It was just in a bag. It didn’t even have bubble wrap around it. Never the less it arrived undamaged. No nicks, dents or loose product and is cruelty free.Okay. I have sensitive skin and I mean sensitive skin. Somebody else has a break out on their face and mine will do the same within 24 hours out of sympathy. This cleanser blew me away with how gentle it is with my skin. It was strange at first because I have never used a soap that didn’t foam up. I didn’t realize it was a no-foaming product when I bought it. I seem to be in good company based on other peoples reviews. They should probably mention it in their advert but don’t currently do not. It takes some getting used to. It also doesn’t have a light feeling to it. It’s on the heavier side and a little goes a very long way. It’s not greasy but if you have oily skin already..which I do..it feels a bit like it is. My face isn’t more oily so there’s that but it might be better to steer clear of it if you aready have oily skin. I think it would be marvelous on overly dry skin.As far as cleaning power goes that’s not really great either. It takes off makeup but I have to scrub my skin in order for it to come clean. I don’t want a lot of scrubbing because that can be damaging to the skin. Setting that aside it is working some kind of magic as my skin has become nearly blemmish free. It looks more evened out and the few dry areas I did have are all gone too (Did I mention the product is oily..lol).Overall, I like the product. I think it’s a good price point and its obviously doing something for other people based on the good reviews. I’ll continue using it and enjoying the brands benefits.

GREAT cleanser
I absolutely love this face wash. I’ve repurchased it at least 10 times over the past year or so.My skin type is combination/oily (oily on the T-zone, relatively normal every where else). I also have very sensitive skin that breaks out very easily. I have some dark spots left from scarring from previous breakouts but it’s clearing up with time.The reason why I love this face wash is because it’s very gentle and it’s very basic.I have tried so many different face washes before and they were all too harsh and would always break me out. Ever since switching to this face wash (and also greatly minimizing animal products from my diet), I have noticed that I hardly break out anymore and even when I do, it’s very minimal.I have also mentioned that this face wash is very basic which I personally love. It doesn’t claim to do much–just cleans your face. It won’t take make up off. At least I don’t feel like it would do that great of a job. It’s enough to just remove excess oil, dirt, etc. I don’t like products that claim to do a million things and don’t deliver. This claims that it will gently clean your face and it does.I know some people have mentioned that it burns their face but to me I’ve only felt that sensation a few number of times out of the hundreds of times I’ve used it and even when I did, it wasn’t anything unbearable or even uncomfortable.The cleanser has a gel-like/creamy consistency and doesn’t lather. I use 1-2 pumps in the morning and 2 pumps in the evening.There are two things I don’t like about this product and they are what keep it from being a five-star product in my opinion.The first is that I know Neutrogena has certain lines in their skin care that don’t do animal testing (the Naturals line, I believe, doesn’t do animal testing) and so it would be great if they eliminated animal testing from all their products.The other thing I don’t like about this product is how little it lasts. I feel like I buy a new bottle every month or two. But I really do think it’s worth the money and I don’t see myself switching cleansers anytime soon.Overall, I love it and I would definitely recommend it.

Seems to work fine
I ordered this Neutrogena face wash because I needed to reorder another type from this brand, and I saw this and wanted to give it a try. You really don’t need much, and I feel like I use too much when I wash my face it will take practice for me not to use a full pump. It seems to work well for me and it’s a decent sized pump. It’s easier to deal with versus opening a cap everyday so I like that. It seems to work for my sensitive face and not cause my skin to dry out or break out. I did have some sunburn on my face when I used it once which it irritated it, but other than that I’m happy with it, thank you.

I’ve tried many, many prestige and drug store brands of face cleansers labeled “gentle” — including Dermalocica, Clinique, The Ordinary, and Cetaphil — that left my face feeling dry and irritated. So far, only this Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily Face Cleanser Creamy formula (not foaming!) and the Exuviance Gentle Cream Cleanser worked well for me. While the Exuviance cleanser has an overall nicer feel, this Neutrogena cleanser is much cheaper and works just as well. Highly recommend it! Though heads up: There’s a big difference between Neutrogena‘s foaming vs creamy formula. The foaming formula dried out and irritated my face.

Great face wash
I LOVE this face wash! It seems to be out of stock pretty often; for I while, I thought they’d stopped making it– and the price has gone WAY up. This is one of the only face washes I’ve found that cleans without drying my skin.I will say, the dispensers seem to be broken about half the time.

This one makes my skin greasy. and doesn’t really lather to clean. I don’t like it. I need something that lathers and bubbles to clean my skin. This one feels like a lotion literally . Never gonna buy this again

Great product for sensitive skin, strong enough to clean your skin but also very gentle.
Another great product from Neutragena. This cleanser is effect yet gentle enough to use every day. Works wekk on sensitive skin and doesn’t have a strong perfumey scent. The bottle works well and was not leaking upon arrival.
