Hair Growth
I have had very thin hair and a visible scalp most my adult life. This is the first time I actually have hair growth and thicker hair where there was hair. I highly recommend this product for women with the same problem. A wonderful product!

My dandruff is basically gone! Highly recommend!
My dandruff is 95% better, that alone makes these worth taking imo. It didn’t help my hair loss, but mine is complicated (chronic TE and AGA). So it may work for other kinds of hair loss. There’s another review here claiming this has toxic levels of B vitamins, which is just incorrect. If you mix up micrograms and milligrams… your result is going to be 1000x higher then what’s actually in these vitamins. I’m no doctor but from my research, all the B vitamins are within safe levels. I took these for a year with no problems, and I’m on a lot of prescription meds too. I only stopped because of the cost. But then my dandruff got bad again, which I’m happy to report has improved SO MUCH since I started taking these again. Biotin usually breaks me out, and these do affect my acne but it’s like 10% worse. Pros definitely outweigh the cons for me. I only wouldn’t recommend these if:A) you have trouble swallowing big pills, orB) have a sensitive nose (they’re a bit smelly)However I think those show how potent these are, you can only fit so much inside 1 capsule. I don’t think they could include enough filler to mask the smell.

Not a magic pill
I was using a different supplement but I use this shampoo so I decided to try this supplement. I cannot get my hair to grow past my shoulders. I have been using the shampoo for over a year and another popular supplement for about 6 months. Unfortunately there is nothing special about this. My hair is healthy and thick – but it doesn’t grow. I’ve been using it for two months and have the same amount of hair that I had before. It’s disappointing but it’s not a magic pill.
