This really works to strengthen your nails!!!
My nails started splitting and no matter what I was doing to stop it, nothing was working. I remembered that when I use to take these my nails got super strong so I ordered them again and sure enough it worked! My nails have healed, they are fairly strong, and have not split. I like that you can take them anytime of day, with or without food. It does also work for your hair. Everytime I take this, my hair looks so much fuller. Definitely a great supplement!

Digestible natural ingredients

I feel it has really helped my hair look and feel softer. Skin and nails look healthier as well. It’s very effective, does what it says. The pills are a bit on the big side and they have an earthy taste but they go sown easily with no after taste or stomach upset. I feel good about my purchase as it is a good product at a good price.
