These digestive enzymes are some of the best I’ve tried. I noticed less bloating and better digestion pretty quickly, especially after heavier meals. They support the body’s natural enzyme production and can help break down proteins, fats, and carbs more efficiently, which is great if your digestion tends to be sluggish. That said, they’re definitely on the pricey side, so not something I can use consistently long term. But if you’re looking for a high quality, whole food based option, these are solid.

My body is not a fan… so bummed!
I am really bummed that I cannot return these, because it was so expensive. My doctor recommended this brand for enzymes and beef organ supplements. I got the Digestive Enzyme because it had the Beef organ as well, so thought a 2 for 1 would be awesome to have to take less capsules every day… I already take so many vitamins.But unfortunately these made me violently ill. Im not sure why but both times I tried this supplement I ended the evening violently throwing up for hours, even throwing up stomach acid until nothing was left. I guess I just cannot tolerate them. I even started with only 2 capsules… hoping to work my way up to the full dose. Alas, I am not sure what to do with the rest of the bottle, and really too scared to try them again.The product seemed to be of good quality but cant speak to how they work for you, if you can tolerate them.

I’ve been taking these for about a week and it has made an ABSOLUTE night-and-day difference for my digestion. I suffered with bloating, trapped gas, discomfort especially after eating (literally anything and everything). It says take 3 capsules a day, so I try to take one upon wakening, around lunch, and one at night and it works like magic. As long as these pills help the way it has for the last week, I will be a lifetime customer. It has made that much of a difference!!
