Awesome toothbrush!
The item arrived pretty quickly. It was packaged neatly. I like that I can keep the toothbrush charging stationary or keep it stationary while drying/UV sanitizing it. It came with 8 extra toothbrush heads and it’s recommended to change it every 3 months. Crossing my fingers that the product lasts that long. Otherwise my only complaint is that you can’t charge the toothbrush through the cup. You have to remove the cup to charge your toothbrush.

Very nice toothbrush–but it tickles!
I love the appearance of this toothbrush, and the fact that it has a more stable stand than the ones that are just brushes on tiny flat stands. I had to return the first one because I couldn’t get the sanitize unit to work and there was no cord, but this replacement works fine. I do wish makers would include the plug so that we don’t have to supply our own. They used to do that.My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I don’t care for the first setting–it tickles my mouth and makes it hard for me to keep brushing!

Excellent Toothbrush
This is one of the best cleaning toothbrushes I have ever used. My dentist even commented on how well it worked. It’s very powerful. I’m an aggressive brusher and with the softness of the bristles and the way the toothbrush is setup it stops all that. Great value for the money. I can already tell a difference in my teeth after 2 weeks. No more bleeding gums and they even are looking whiter.

Toothbrush stopped working within a month
I have had this toothbrush set for 1 month. At first, it was great. Bristles are soft, comes with several head replacements. Then about 5 days ago it started to make a high pitch noise and not work. So i changed out the toothbrush heads (even though it says recommended every 3 months) and it kind of started to work again, not at its full capacity. I thought maybe i should charge it longer (even though it sat on the charger the entire time in between brushings). Fast forward to today Nov 26th, the tooth brush does not work and still has the high pitch noise. Comes on but no vibration at all. I also would clean it with the sterilizer thing but it ended up burning my toothbrush head after 1 use. I tried to contact customer support for maybe just a replacement toothbrush but they said they could not replace it since I’m out of the 30 day window (barely). Don’t waste your money on this toothbrush, it will break within a month and a few days, sterilizer will burn your toothbrush heads, and then you won’t be able to return it because you’re out of the return window.
