As with any natural supplements, it takes time to take effect…maybe a month. I didn’t even realize how much this supplement has helped with my hot flashes and mood until I skipped it for a few days (went on a trip and forgot to bring it). The hot flashes and mood symptoms came back really fast. Bottom line is this, this product has been a TREMENDOUS help in reducing my hot flashes, improving my mood, and improving my sleep. I’ve read the reviews on these pills and my personal experience I’m 💯 percent satisfy. The relieve of the hot flashes has basically disappeared, gone. I’m ordering my 2nd bottle. By the time I finish my 2nd bottle and I continue feeling the way I’ve been feeling without hot flashes gone I will subscribe cause them hot flashes were the worst and I was a very unhappy camper on how I was feeling. This is my personal experience and its been great and I’m so thankful for these pills. The only advice I can give we’re all different it may or may not work the way it did for me, but I do say give it some time to work. I started feeling relieve within my 1st week of starting the pills.

I’m not a big fan. I’ve been taking supplements for years and decided to try this one. I notice it does not help me sleep as well as other brands. I bit pricey… I found good relief with Walmart’s brand of estroven and this is twice that cost. Easy to swallow, no after tastes or smell.
