This is such the perfect set. It comes with both size small and large, which is convenient for different stages of your period when your cervix moves (mine definitely does). The steamer is such a great addition to sanitize the cups. It’s small and compact so it’s easy to store and travel with. The extra accessories are a bonus! I’ve read comments about it being uncomfortable and I’ve definitely experienced that in the past with other cups, but these aren’t uncomfortable at all. I don’t feel it at all. I do think the silicone is a tad stiffer than brands like saalt, but it’s still soft and easy to maneuver. It’s been a minute since using cups, so I’m sure it will be a bit of a learning curve, but I’m committed to this! I highly recommend!

This is my second round of purchasing these. I originally bought about 10 years back, and it was starting to fall apart, so it was time to repurchase. I appreciate the sterilizer that comes with this, as boiling is tough to do. I stand behind the durability of their products and look forward to another long stint with their cups! They fit nice and mold well after a quick wash/round in the sterilizer. I havent had many leaks with these and I work long hours where I cant always get a chance to empty it out, so im thankful for the ability to use these for longer durations without worry of destroying my undergarments.

Convenience during an inconvenient time!
The sanitizer is amazing and the cups work well. They have been so much easier to use postpartum than I imagined! It’s so nice to be able to just rinse the cup off, pop it in the sanitizer, and go again after it’s finished. I love not having to go find mild soaps and do the boiling routine. This is so convenient and helps ME feel clean.I have also been very impressed with their customer service. If you have any questions or issues, definitely contact them asap!

Steamer yes, cups no unless you have lips of steel
I bought the bundle so I’ll taste the pieces.1) sterilizer is amazing. A 10+ year cup user who’s been boiling on the stove and now I can toss that out and be more discreet. It heats up and goes through the cycle quickly. It does stay wet inside the steamer for a while so leave it open to dry out. Your cup will also be damp. So it probably doesn’t get as hot as when boiling.2) the extras: the cup wipe is a nice size but I prefer alcohol wipes for the cleaning power (just let the cup dry before inserting). I found the wipes only wiped and ripped easily as they’re biodegradable. I’m not going to use the cup lube, I can insert without that help. I did not use the packet “sterilizer” for travel.3) the cups- they came sealed together in one package, inside each other, which I wish they were in separate sealed packages. I’d say they’re large and medium compared to what I have from another brand. I used the large, as that was closer to what I’ve been using…..OMG I about died. The stem on this is short and end in a convex stem that creates a sharp lip. That is the issue as the shortness makes it sit in sensitive bits. I could adjust but once I started moving the cup shifted to where it would go and it hurt like crazy. I wrore it to the office and thankfully came home at noon and it came out ASAP. I do NOT recommend the cup until they change that design. The silicone thickness is great though, it pops open like it should. Only use the cups if you have lips of steel.4) customer service- I tested they’re satisfaction guarantee and it’s legit. I requested a partial refund for the cups, as I’m keeping the steamer, and they are processing it for me.Pic and video are of the 4 brands I’ve recently bought to see size and flexibility

I love my Pixie Cup!
So I will begin by saying that yes, there is a little bit of a learning curve when you start out. But after 1-2 cycles you’ll be a pro! Just like with anything else. That being said, once I got the hang of things, I can honestly say I LOVE MY PIXIE CUP! This packaged deal was so convenient for me. It came with lots of little sample goodies, two different sized cups so I could use the one that best works with my flow, and the discreet steamer. No more boiling water on the stove or microwave. I love that the steamer disinfects and sterilizes everything at the end of my cycle in less than three minutes with zero hassle. I’m so glad I switched, and I wish I had done it sooner. Now I don’t have to worry about toxic chemicals from tampons in my body, leaking, the environmental impact of single use period products, or the risk of toxic shock. And the best part about my Pixie Cup? It took ALL my cramps away. No more shoving high doses of pain meds down my throat just to get through the day. I wish I could shout from the rooftops how awesome this product and company is! I did also purchase their stain remover but haven’t had to use it yet, and their foaming cup wash which is also a totally awesome product. It cleans everything really well and I like that it’s PH balanced and fragrance free.

Update: I’m updating my review. After I posted it someone from the company kindly reached out to me and offered me either a refund or that they would send me one of their discs for free to try because they felt it might be a better fit for me. I had never considered the disc before but I was going to buy a different cup anyway so I figured why not try the disc too since it was no risk. Just their offer was kind enough to warrant an updated review but I wanted to wait until I tried the disc so I could see how that went and it is amazing. If you’re struggling with comfort or leakage with the cup try the disc. And a huge thanks and kudos to the company for reaching out to both ensure I was left a happy customer but also that I got something that really worked for me.Original review: The steamer is amazing, I’m lukewarm on the cups. The steamer is super helpful. Boiling was killing my cups. As for the cups, this is my first time with this cup brand and while I like that they don’t push on my bladder as much, placing them and forming a seal is such a pain. I have to make about 6 attempts every time and if I don’t check it about 4 times I end up with a leak. I maybe had one leak in a whole year with my last cup, but like I said, that one pushed uncomfortably on my bladder. I’m torn for now, but def love the steamer.
