I’ve bought $150 waist trainers before. This is unmatched. It’s perfect. I’m 5’1 and 160lbs and I got a large and it’s perfect. Don’t think it over, buy this one, seriously. 10/10. It snatches, it’s stretchy, it’s easy to put on, it doesn’t roll, it covers my entire waist and hips, and it’s adjustable in the best way. It’s great for posture and very comfortable but does the job 👏🏼

No More Slouching!
I’ve really enjoyed using this waist trainer. The biggest benefit for me has been posture support, it helps prevent me from slouching, and I’ve noticed I sit and stand straighter without even thinking about it. On top of that, I feel like it started working quickly to help shape my waistline, which was a nice surprise. The double belt design gives a secure fit without being uncomfortable, and I can wear it during workouts or just while doing daily tasks. Overall, it’s been effective, supportive, and a great investment for both posture correction and body shaping.

I bought this over a year ago but only now leaving a review. This waist trainer is very comfortable and fits well pulling in all lose areas in the waist. Instantly gives a slimmer waist. I have not been using it consistently like I should but now I think I am a little smaller so looking to now a smaller size. This is actually what pulled me back here to leave a review. Definitely worth the money.

I wholly hated this thing. I bought an XL based on the measurements they posted. First thing I hated was the fact that the “boning” was that horrible flexible plastic that offers no support (I had bought this in hopes I could wear it at my desk to help me sit up to reduce lower back issues)Second thing I loathed was the hook/eye closures. This whole thing is black. Including the 4 sets of hook/eye closures you can to secure before you can even zip up this thing. It took me 10 minutes trying to get them all properly hooked and even then some didn’t catch so I skipped them thinking it would be fine. WRONG. When I tried to zip it up the zipper didn’t catch right so it caught about 3” from the bottom and I couldn’t move it up or down. The zipper had busted open from the bottom.Thought I could just zip it all the way up and then move it back down. WRONG AGAIN. I struggled for 5-7 minutes trying to get the darn thing zipped up all while trying not to panic. I finally got it to the top after thinking the zipper was gonna break. Great! I thought that was the hard part and going back down would be fine, boy was I wrong again. Took me another 3-5 minutes to get it down.I wanted the thing off me NOW but of course those freaking hook/eye closures wouldn’t come off. When I finally freed myself from this black sweaty trap and tossed it across the room and swore it was being returned immediately.The next day I thought I would give it another go. I managed to get all the hook/eyes closed (absolutely key), got the zipper up (still with some struggle) and wrapped the “arms” on the Velcro. Sat at my desk and was instantly upset that it offered NO support what so ever for my back. It was extremely uncomfortable.Took forever to get off again. Shoved back in the bag and set up the return immediately. I do not recommend this product for anyone who is a little “larger” (I wear a size 12 in jeans and medium/large in shirts so by no means a super curvy woman) as it will be more of a struggle than it’s worth.

This was great material, but I recommend sizing down and get the full body suit not this because if you’re a thick girl like I was, your fat is going to bulge out of the top and bottom it’s best to get a bodysuit that zips up

Excellent Product
Definitely snatches the waist. At 221 lbs. I wore an extra large corset. Now I am 208 lbs. and able to wear a large size. Looking forward to medium in the near future.I would warn you that your body fat will shift up toward upper back, your under arms and downward to inner thighs. Working out consistently will help break down body fat. Try wearing the corset at home the first week, at least 4 hours every day. When you can breathe, wear it during exercise. Excellent product quality!

Im usually a size M so i bought a medium one, works great now im an XS, even bought one for my sister and mom so its great highly reccommend. Love that its tight although it rides up when i sit down sometimes

I have ordered other waist trainers off here and I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I saw the other reviews that said to order 2 sizes up. I am 145 lbs and 5’2. My waist is 29 1/2 inches so I was hesitant to go 2 sizes up so I ordered a Large. This waist trainer is definitely better quality than the others. I can actually feel the heat now. I like that there are velcro straps because I found the other trainers that didn’t have them didn’t provide enough compression to my lower abdomen/fupa area after wearing them for a week. This one is more noticeable when worn under form fitting clothing, but it’s winter so I’m wearing a sweater or a jacket 90% of the time anyways. It was just delivered yesterday and I am already able to get on the second hooks so I will be ordering a Medium in the near future. The only down side I have seen so far is that it’s a little bit long for my torso. I really only notice when I am sitting down on a soft surface. I did check out the trainers they have for short torsos, but they are just hook eye closers.

It has an excellent material. I used it after birth postpartum and it was too small the first week and I almost ordered another but finally didn’t, about 2 weeks later it surprising started to fit just right and gives the great tuck and fit. Certainly don’t regret buying.
