Black Girl Vitamins Collegen has been a literal mobility saver for me. I’m 51 and in menopause. I noticed my knees and ankles started to feel (crunchy) and snappy when I walked. I love this collagen powder and have been using it consistently for the past month. While I can’t pinpoint exactly what it’s doing, I do notice that my joints and bones feel better. As for hair and nails, it may be helping, but I also use it alongside another product, so it’s hard to say definitively.The powder has no flavor or smell, which I really appreciate. It blends best in smoothies and warm drinks; in cold beverages, it tends to crystallize and does not dissolve very well. That said, it’s still easy to incorporate into a daily routine once you know how to use it.I also love the size of the container, and it’s a good price point for the amount you receive.
