Fast noticeable change noticed. Within a week I was feeling less bloated and also started having a bowel movement at least once a day. They may not always been big but it was an improvement from 3/4 times a week. Don’t let the low cost doubt you on how well they work.

Too good to be true but it is!!
This digestive enzyme pre and probiotic is excellent. I have to determine when to take seriously and if everyday or maybe get my timing down. But I doubt that will work as well. So this product here makes you go every time you eats. And it works your digestive system within 30 minutes of idle time after your last chew I guess. Which is a good thing but bad for me because I’m a germaphobe and with all of the toiletry items one can have with. Nothing compares to the comfortablity of your home bathroom. So that’s why I said I need to figure out something for me. But it definitely works thoroughly and I have been able to eat and digest spicy,some what greasy and high in fat protein without experiencing acid reflux, bloating and/or gas and no constipation at all. I would recommend this to any and everybody which I’ve already started telling people. No complaints here just some tweaking for my body. Good product I will be placing another order after I completey two bottles I have. I am glad I came across this brand and dosage as well.

These work for bloating, irregular BM
I’ve had IBS for years. Lately anything I ate caused bloating and gerd. Beano has helped some but not enough. This product from the first capsule was such relief. 3 days of use and everything was normal again. I believe my body was needing the pre and probiotic. The engymes worked, no bloating, no gas. I highly recommend.
