Shatavari for hormonal balance
So, I already trust New Chapter and have for decades. It’s a quality brand and produces high quality supplements for all sorts of concerns. This is a great value for the quality and the type of supplement it is. There is a 30-day supply included. It’s very easy to find information on New Chapter products; the company is quite transparent about its sourcing, its production, etc. The capsules are small and easy to take. I haven’t experienced any side effects whatsoever from them. The ingredients are pure and straightforward. Shatavari is known in Ayurveda as a cooling adaptogen and it’s used to balance hormones in menopause and perimenopause. It’s gentle, perhaps more gentle than some other, more commonly known adaptogens. If you are taking HRT you might want to consult with your physician about this particular adaptogen, but the dose included herein is on the lighter side, so might work well in concert with other treatments you are already taking. There is no discernible taste to these capsules. Overall a great value for a great product.

Her hot flashes seem to have ended, and none of the ‘urinary’ issues of asparagus
She added this to her regimen for a thirty day trial. After about a week she noticed the the hot flashes had stopped. Today was the 30th pill of this trial, and she will continuing with Shatavari added to her her other supplmements.Capsules were flavorless and easy to swallow.The biggest “fear” was perhaps it being an asparagus product, it would cause smelly urine. No such side-effect occurred.

Nicely packaged
While it may not actually be reflective of, or reflect, the quality, I always have a better feeling about anything coming in a glass bottle, like these shatavari capsules do. These capsules are sized to be very easy to take. I did not have any issues with after affects. There was very minimal taste while swallowing. Unfortunately, I can’t really evaluate effectiveness as there were no obvious effects due to taking this, but quite frankly, I didn’t expect to notice any. It has to be very dramatic for me to notice and attribute.

Great for Perimenopause support!
This Shatavari (Asparagus Racemosus root) supplement has been helpful with perimenopause. Ive been taking it at night with other supportive supplements, and I do think it contributes to a better night’s sleep. The capsules are of normal size, easy to swallow, and tasteless. New Chapter seems like a really great company that creates quality products.
